Pacific Tower, a 14-level apartment complex in Auckland, was completed in October 2022. It utilized a reinforced steel and in-situ concrete structural system, ensuring efficient construction. Despite a 30-month development and 24-month construction period during the COVID-19 era, which presented supply and labor challenges, the project was successfully completed, marketed, and sold out. This achievement highlights the team's resilience and effective management in overcoming pandemic-related obstacles, marking Pacific Tower as a significant addition to Auckland's skyline.

Urbanstra has been contracted by the developer to fulfill the construction management role, in addition to deploying our construction team for a major development project in the Flat Bush neighborhood of Auckland. Over the past 12 months, we have successfully managed and constructed 30 houses, and we are continuing our efforts in managing and building within the Ormiston neighborhood. The Ormiston project includes the development of 700 terrace houses. As of now, 200 terrace houses have been completed, with another 500 currently under construction. Urbanstra's building partner, Leehan Construction, is actively involved in stages 1 and 4 of this project.
SERO TOWER, AUCKLAND

Urbanstra has been engaged by Leehan Living for a full development management role on an 18-story apartment project, covering everything from feasibility studies to sales management. Our team is collaborating with architects, engineers, and the main construction firm to ensure seamless project execution. With planning stages and partial building consent already secured, construction is set to start in May 2024, aiming for completion by March 2026. Located at the prime intersection of Wadier Place and Great North Road in Henderson Metropolitan Town Center, the project will feature 115 residential apartments and ground-level retail spaces.
